BUT the promised WI-FI is essentially not, because the light was constantly blinking, very often it went out at all, it’s good at least a flashlight in the room, weak, but apparently they often or even constantly had power outages. you walk along the corridor, when approaching, apparently, according to their idea, it should turn on, but it wasn’t there, on the contrary, you approach your room and the light goes out if you don’t have a lighting device with you, look for your door by touch, in the evening this is a problem for the sighted, but for there are no visually impaired options at all, the same nonsense when trying to get water in the cooler, probably this is on purpose so that they drink less water from the cooler and, by the way, there was often no water in the cooler either. the room will be cleaned if you hang a sign on the door asking for it, but this cleaning will be very symbolic - you won’t feel it, they basically just take out the trash and that’s it!! ! Towels and bathrobes were taken away, yes, but interestingly, they brought completely wet bathrobes in return, because. they are thick, they did not dry out two days before our departure, and how sorry we were to use them ? ! on the penultimate day did not change anything at all. They said the washers don't work. there are no options for drying things, no veranda, no tiny balcony is provided - one miniature dryer for the entire floor is a giant minus, we left with a full suitcase of damp things! we rested with two children - the extra bed was broken and at the slightest physical contact with it, it simply folded. when booking, we were promised a kitchen, the ability to cook for a child is a complete lie, there are no conditions for cooking. the staff is unfriendly, one administrator who met us is a good girl, friendly. everything is as it should, but when we left on August 4 - the administrator not only behaved incorrectly, I will even say without hesitation - boorish !! ! when booking by phone, we were announced one amount until a certain hour of arrival, and on the last day the number was blocked and they began to demand more money. well, at least our entire telephone conversation was recorded on the phone and we were able to defend with a scandal. on their part, their correctness (advice - BOOKING A ROOM IN THIS HOTEL, RECORD YOUR TELEPHONE TALKS WITH THEM, OTHERWISE THEY ARE INSANE AND YOU WILL BE DEMANDED IN THE END OF SOME MONEY IT IS NOT CLEAR FOR WHAT) BUT THE BIGGEST MINUS is not even in the above enumeration and the fact that the air conditioner did not work at all in the room is not a room, but a gas chamber, and I also want to add that if it worked, it would turn out that it would constantly blow in our face, because the beds in the room are straight opposite the so-called air conditioner. we almost died there from the stuffiness. they opened the window, we were simply devoured by mosquitoes, there are a lot of them!!!!!! ! on the third floor it is noisy around the clock if the vacuum cleaner does not work in the corridor, then the sunbeds are moving by the pool, especially if you are with a child who needs a day's rest - this becomes a problem! the water in the shower is extremely poorly regulated - there are two modes hot and cold, there is no warm water in principle. general impressions about this hotel - I WILL NEVER STAY IN IT AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO OTHERS!!!!!!! ! by the way, there is a TV there, but it only shows hissing ripples and then when there is light. and about the so much touted pool, yes, it’s not bad, of course, but we thought to swim in it in the evening, when the sea was no longer an option, once the lights went out there, the administrator of which I called said that it was necessary, because it was already evening, and then what then the worker generally said go to the rooms, so don’t count on an evening rest by the pool, it didn’t work out.
