The room is small but cozy and clean. The air conditioner worked poorly, but if left for a long time it would even be cold. There is TV, daily change of towels and cleaning in the room. Plumbing is clean and working. Bed linen was changed every three days. The only thing I missed was a kettle, the iron was shared on the 4th floor.
The list of events in the elevator cabin was updated only a week after our arrival.
The territory of the town is large, clean, well-groomed. There is a pharmacy, grocery stores, cafes. You can eat on site, but it's a bit pricey in my opinion. But if you don’t want to go 2 km to inexpensive cafes, then you can eat there. There is a choice.
Personally, I did not have enough general evening events (in September they were mostly 500 rubles each). The pool is also paid. We found cheaper entertainment, as the budget was limited (they started cutting bonuses since the pandemic). In Turkey, in a hotel in a week, everyone knows each other, often they participate in events together. Here, everyone on his own, for all the time he met his neighbors a couple of times from his entrance, but he didn’t even remember the others.
The beach is the weakest point in my opinion. Not only the residents of the hotel, but also everyone who wants to - visitors (both locals and visitors) rest on it. Therefore, everything is very crowded, there are practically no free places. Sun loungers are paid (either 200 or 300 rubles).
I liked the location of the hotel, which is near the border of Abkhazia. But if you go from Sochi, in the evening there are constant traffic jams.
Maybe I'll visit again sometime either all inclusive or out of season.
