They said there were no available rooms. Although we spent all this time at the reception, and no one rented out the rooms! Where did they suddenly come from? And what they threw out during the eviction, there are no words at all !! ! They billed for allegedly drinking a few bottles in the minibar (fanta, 2 bottles of water - about 8 euros).

It turns out that it was necessary to verify the presence of this mini-bar upon check-in. The administrator stood up in a pose, did not try to smooth out the conflict in any way, but only aggravated the situation and continued to intimidate. Never seen such a scam!! ! They probably saw that a young couple had arrived, and you can screw up! In the end, we paid for something we never even touched! In a word, liars and extortionists work in the hotel! I do not recommend this hotel at all!
In the Poiana Brasov region itself, there is NOT A SINGLE EXCHANGE OFFICE! You need to go to Brasov and change money there. Get ready to run.
