The hotel is actually 3 *, not 4 * as they say on some sites of travel agencies.
We arrived at the hotel on January 4.2011, it turned out that in fact there is no pool and sauna in the hotel, there is internet, there are no dinners (if you want to go to a restaurant). On January 7, our children discovered that the electronic room key (card) fits all rooms in the hotel, i. e. the key to the room of our friends opened the door to our room and the room of one of our friends, and accordingly our card opens and closes all the doors from the rooms of our friends. Immediately after that, they began to check bags with money, it turned out that our friends lost 150 euros from their bags, i. e. there was more money in the bag, but only 150 euros were missing, from which we concluded that someone from the staff had stolen the money.
On our floor, there was a security camera, just opposite the door of the room in which the money was stolen. But as it turned out, none of the cameras work.
In general, starting from January 7, the rest in this hotel was spoiled.
We asked the reception to call the police, we were told that the police are 200 meters from us and if we want to go there, of course they understand that we do not know the Romanian language, and it will be difficult to communicate with the police.
We can conclude: Romanians do not hesitate to lie if they need to attract customers (the owner of the hotel himself wrote that the hotel has a pool, but in fact it turned out that there was no pool), one of the staff at the hotel steals from the rooms, the rooms are really not are protected from the penetration of strangers, even at night any hotel visitor who has a card (key) from his room can enter your room. The doors to the room can not be closed at all, because. it is useless, anyone staying at the hotel can enter your room using their card.
