Nowhere have I seen that they “marinate” with check-in for so long - but they settled us, for a minute, around 16-30, and this is taking into account the fact that we arrived at 9-00! They said there were no available rooms. Although we spent all this time at the reception, and no one rented out the rooms! Where did they suddenly come from?
And what they threw out during the eviction, there are no words at all !! ! They billed for allegedly drinking a few bottles in the minibar (fanta, 2 bottles of water - about 8 euros). Even though we didn't touch anything! When the administrator was called, she lied to her eyes and did not blush: "I personally checked. You had a full mini-bar. " And at check-in there was only 1 bottle of cola and alcohol! (it's good that they haven't done such a thing with alcohol! ) We tried to figure it out, but no one even listened, they began to intimidate us that the bus would not pick us up, they would not let us through at the border. It turns out that it was necessary to verify the presence of this mini-bar upon check-in. The administrator stood up in a pose, did not try to smooth out the conflict in any way, but only aggravated the situation and continued to intimidate. Never seen such a scam!! ! They probably saw that a young couple had arrived, and you can screw up! In the end, we paid for something we never even touched! In a word, liars and extortionists work in the hotel! I do not recommend this hotel at all!
