Terrible group leader Inna spoils the impressions of the holiday
We went to the Czech Republic with Delta Travel on 10/28/10 (we bought tickets at the Stophay Tour company). From the very beginning of the trip, our so-called guide, the leader of the INNA group, spoiled the whole impression. The trip turned into a toilet tour. Her first words on the tour were "you can't use the bus toilet, so be patient until the next stop", which is at least 3-4 hours minimum.
