the hotel is excellent, but we went with a significant discount
Lovely landscaped area. No need to fly to take sunbeds. There is enough space for everyone: a beach, a pier, a green lawn with pillows and hammocks. The food is excellent.

terrible room service
Chose because of the opportunity to cook on their own. But that also turned out to be a problem. There is one fork in a double room. But five serving knives. Every day the servants saw it, but no one bothered to correct the situation.

Not bad
Rest were satisfied. We also had a move to another room. It happened so smoothly and quickly (thanks to the administrator and the maid Yana) that we did not notice. Just at 11.

People, be fair. All cases except for the Petrel are normal for life. The higher the price, the more comfortable the conditions. Great plus constantly hot (namely, hot water with good pressure) The procedures are up to standard.
