I can’t say anything good, I’m waiting for compensation for a shortened vacation.
We postponed the flight a day earlier and at the same time we received a response to the letter we wrote about the reimbursement of the paid tour - Your request is in progress. The term for consideration of the complaint is 14 calendar days, starting from the moment of its receipt (the term may be extended by the Tour Operator up to 30 days to obtain information or documents necessary for its consideration).
