Very good hotel
A cozy hotel, near the Sandanska Bystrica river, a small elevator, a cozy room, a balcony, air conditioning, a refrigerator. as a drawback - a shower with a drain to the floor, the water then spreads through the room.

Disgusting hotel
The hotel is really disgusting, I will not describe the rooms, services, facilities, etc. The main thing is the attitude of the hotel administration towards tourists from the CIS: for breakfast we were taken to a separate room, passing by a fully served room full of dishes and tourists from the EU.
