We have been working with the agency since 2009. Chose on the advice of the Internet community. Mostly (but not always) we take package tours at sea, as we try to travel ourselves. Satisfied. Do not forget that this office is an agency, not a tour operator. Retailers of goods purchased from wholesalers. Their task is to understand the quality of the goods and not to slip the "rotten" on the buyers.
