Nightmare anxiety!!!
Two months before departure, we booked and paid for the children's camp "Midia Grand Resert" (4 Stars) in Bulgaria for 9-year-old children (18 people). An hour and a half before departure at the airport, an employee of the Travel Agency announced the change of the children's camp to a terrible hotel of the lowest category. Instead of cool animation, first-class food, 24th medicine, a good beach and communication with foreign children, children received a bedbug - "Sarafovo Plaza".
