TPG are scammers!
We bought a tour to the hotel "Sultan Gardens Resort" (Voucher TPG No. EG20107022) . Upon arrival, the campaign refused to accommodate us in this hotel, explaining that there were no places there. Although the payment was made in full in almost 2 months and the hotel was confirmed. They categorically refused to take us to our hotel, they took us to another one.
