Very convenient location of the office of the travel agency. We arranged the tour with the help of the travel agent Elena (Elena Khrokalenko). We knew in advance which hotel we would stay in (reviews about Naturella 2 *, Kemer, I already wrote, I will not repeat). I want to note the work of the travel agent Elena, not so much as a professional in this tourism sector, but as a not indifferent person.

Deception of tourists by the operator 'Orbita'
Terrible tour operator! At Tivat airport 30 min. were looking for a host for a transfer, barely found a Montenegrin without an identification plate, with a crumpled leaf in his hand, where 6 names of tourists who were supposed to be brought to Budva were printed. They settled in a completely different place (we bought a tour to Villa Vanja in Kyiv, but ended up in a hostel: the name that this is a villa is nowhere to be found, there is no reception, on the business card and WiFi there is a completely different name: Lazovic, there is no safe, the address is different ).
