tour operator representative was in the hotel once for 3 hours
on the second day after arrival there was a meeting at which the representative of the tour operator Pegasus told us about the hotel and possible excursions. And then he said, they say, I'll be here for another two hours, so think faster and bring money for excursions, because I won't come to your hotel again. There has never been a circus like this before.

брали путевку ранним бронированием - но она вышла нам дороже на 100$, нам компенсировали это продлением номера
