We liked everything, just as we were told.
We flew on New Year's Eve 2013. There are no questions to the manager, everything was done in the best possible way, the only thing that I didn’t like was the bad behavior of AEROSVIT, the flight was postponed for a day. The manager Katya called us several times a day - she warned us about the postponement of the departure time, in general she paid very much attention to her, for which many thanks to her.
