Horror! Irresponsible.
I bought a Tour to Poland, in three cities. To begin with, the manager, when discussing the tour on the phone, hurried the conversation all the time, and did not answer very briefly. I was interested in what we would ride on, so for me it was very important how comfortable the bus was, whether the air conditioner was working, whether tea and coffee were served, the answer was "Yes, the bus is tourist, very good.
