Do not hesitate - this is a four. (For those who are in the central building)
I was apprehensive as I read reviews good and bad. Bought for the price. Let me explain why there are different reviews. There is a central building, a restaurant, a swimming pool, a bar, a disco, where everything is renovated, brand new and life is in full swing, although the territory is not large.
