Spoiled vacation in Sri Lanka
We went on a tour to Sri Lanka from 18 to 28. 09. 2010. The group leader was a representative of the tour operator "Orbita" Svetlana Sviridenko. Before that, we heard positive reviews about this company, but in reality it turned out that this is far from the case. Starting from the airport, this person did not actually fulfill her duties, even elementary ones.
