You need to understand what a bus tour is
I am not writing from myself, but from friends who went on tour with this company. I booked myself for September. They were extremely satisfied despite the fact that there were problems on the road. Maybe the travel agency just didn’t properly explain what a bus tour to Bulgaria is. Yes, the bus was not very new, it was delayed on the way there for 5 hours and 6 back.
