Today, July 1, I had the opportunity once again to be convinced of the amazing lack of professionalism of the employees of the large Ukrainian tour operator Artex94. The company offers a tour of the south of Italy, I called to clarify the details. I was connected to a certain Tatyana, introducing her as a "specialist in bus tours to Italy" Phew! The unfortunate "specialist" could not answer a single question on the merits: what are the features of the cuisine in this region, what beaches prevail, how do the regions visited differ, what is the "highlight" of this particular tour, etc.
