Advised by a friend. I had to regret it. In April 2013, my sister and I bought a ticket to Crete (Greece) for 14 days (from 07/02/2013 to 07/16/2013) from the San Mar tour operator. The hotel seemed to be half-heartedly booked by the manager - the tour operator did not answer for a long time. Documents for visa processing were handed over in May. As a result, having received a passport with a visa at the airport 1 hour before check-in! My sister and I saw that the photos were mixed up.
