Anex Tour - Anus Tour
The work was terribly organized, the problems started at the airport, they could not collect everyone. Upon arrival in Pattaya, they were placed in a completely different hotel, the poor fellow of the accompanying guide was almost killed, although the guy tried to help, but he was gently sent from the office =) Anex Tour understands nothing about the Thai market! Although they have interesting guides, these guys also suffer from the lack of normal managers in the company.
