Terrible agency, at first they offered me the wrong dates at first, and booked the wrong dates. I chose a hotel, left a request on the website, they called me back and asked me to come. I approached them, with the manager we considered options, since I could stay there for fewer days than the tours that the agency offered me suggested. As a result, they booked me a hotel for the wrong dates at all, it’s good that I found out in time.
