Excellent service and reliable travel agency!
We were recently (2 days ago) at the hotel. Reading the reviews prepared for the worst. . . The hotel is located in a residential building and the receptionist and concierge. They settled in right away. The room is clean, very warm, this is the main thing after long walks. The water was always hot with good pressure (we read that people complained).

Great travel agency! Great manager!
We use the services for the selection of our trips only by this company, and in our opinion the best of the managers, Kosuha Anna, helps us in this. We are grateful for the help in choosing trips, for organizing our vacation, for the professionalism of the manager.
