Doesn't deserve 4 stars, poor 3
To begin with, the hotel is VERY modest and budgetary, the staff is absolutely indifferent, I’m generally silent about the hotel guide, there’s no sense at all, they are absolutely stupid at the reception, they practically don’t speak English, they also speak Russian, males.
