The agency worked well. The flight was normal, only in Dubai there was a delay of 3 hours. The only thing that was bad, they did not warn the agency that hotels in Tanzania charge a fee - 1 dollar for 1 person for 1 day. But Tanzania is a new destination, perhaps not everyone knows it.
