They don't care about customers!
I decided to go on the tour "The Ways of the Bremen Town Musicians" (from 9. 06. 12 for 9 days). Before its registration on 11. 05 in the travel agency-agent, according to the representative of "Accord", I was told that there were places left in the second half of the bus. It's not scary, I submitted the documents. On May 14, the agent said the tour was confirmed.
