We have never seen such a frank "earning" of money as a guide anywhere, although we have been traveling for many years, this time we were not lucky - we went with Inkomatur. I would also add that practically nothing remained of the initial declared by the travel agency and the approved program, in fact, as well as the discrepancy between the paid and declared by the Inkomatur hotels.
