I want to warn other tourists not to contact them in any way.
This office constantly misinformed me, namely: 1) the cost of the tour that intrigued me on the website is 170 euros - actually 190; 2) the cost for issuing a visa on the site is 35 euros - in fact 55; 3) the tour program turned out to be completely different from the one on the site, but what is more striking is that I saw the program only after I paid the deposit!!!!; 4) I had to call Olga, an employee of the office, several times a day, since she called me very rarely, clarified the information that I requested for half a day! 5) but the last straw and the reason that I took the deposit was the fact that I received an email with the following content: I inform you officially that the language is from Euro 2012, at the moment the Consulate of the Republic of Poland, does not accept documents for a visa on July 14, 2012.
