Everything was fine in the agency, they picked up a tour for us, but they did not confirm it three days before departure. They called us back and offered another option, the description of the hotel was good, the only thing was that there were no reviews, this moment was a little alarming, but we agreed. The agency worked well, there are no complaints against them.
