The hotel has a good area, a long beach, plenty of sun loungers. Refurbished rooms. Delicious food with a good range, different meats and fish every day. Great animation.

Very disappointing!
Been to the Hyatt hotel chain in several countries. But in Kyiv they did not let my daughter go to the toilet for 2 years. Winter, the child has a solid overalls, the dry closet does not suit her, you need to completely undress.

Expected a little more
After reading great reviews, plus recommendations from friends, I flew to this hotel with peace of mind. Disappointment occurred during the settlement. The air conditioner in the room blew directly on the bed.

The check-in was not immediate, the rooms were cleaned and they were given closer to 12, arrived at 8 in the morning. The rooms are large, newly renovated. Good food for both adults and for a child of 1.

Liked the hotel very much
Settled in quickly. The room was large as ordered - 30 sq. m. 4 large windows overlooking the main street. Many write that it is noisy - it did not bother us, even a small child slept well.

Good hotel, but poorly cleaned
The hotel has a good location, very close to the metro and main attractions. Breakfasts are the same as everywhere in such hotels, but we were not hungry. The rooms are not large, 15 sq.

Just returned from the Novotel Palm Hotel yesterday. I want to say that in Egypt for the 4th time and there is something to compare with. I liked the hotel. Large beautiful area, 3 pools - 2 of them are large and one is smaller and a little further from the restaurant.

Hopes came true
Were in this hotel, rested with a guy. The rest was wonderful, but there is only one thing but... a small territory of the hotel. I really liked the cuisine, the food is full and always different, the assortment is very large, the meat dishes are very diverse.

Good for relaxing

Hotel Very good
We arrived, settled immediately, the view of the room on one of the pools. All liked it. The food was wonderful, every day for lunch and dinner there is always fish, beef and chicken, even in two forms.
