The worst hotel in the Albatros chain

Egypt › Hurghada › Albatros Palace Resort 5*

We have been to many hotels of the Albatros chain, but for ourselves we have concluded that from all 5 * this is the worst in terms of food and service. I don't understand, probably all the good reviews are written either by the manager or by the tour operator.

We chose a tour with my husband for moms. We thought to choose between the Albatros and Steigenberger chains. There were many times in the Albatross chain hotels, the travel agent persuaded me to try Aqua Magic at Steigenberger, which we all soon regretted very much.

We are resting in Egypt not for the first time, so there is something to compare with. On vacation I was with two children of 9 years old. We settled in very quickly. At the reception, no one asked for money and did not wait.
