There was no guide with a sign waiting for us at the Barcelona airport. We saw a woman who, when boarding the plane, saw a VAM TOUR voucher. They approached her and asked, she said that the guide was, marked them, said that they were waiting here and left. We stood for thirty minutes. The guide appeared and said that everyone who checked in with him should go with him.
