Alexander Nevsky Cathedral was founded in 1891 in the neo-Byzantine style on the 100th anniversary of the entry of Podolia into the Russian Empire. The cathedral, one of the most beautiful temples in Kamenetz-Podolsk, was equipped with steam heating, and the total cost of construction amounted to 100 thousand rubles, which were collected by the Alexander Nevsky guardianship among the townspeople. Among the donations to the cathedral was a cross donated by Empress Alexandra Feodorovna, wife of Nicholas II. In 1930-32, the building of the temple was dismantled into bricks. At the end of 1991, it was decided to restore the cathedral, in 2011 it was consecrated, currently it is the Cathedral of St. Blessed Prince Alexander
