Built in the 19th century for the needs of the technical school, the building was originally planned as an educational and administrative building, which was fully used when in 1913 the question of placing a teacher's seminary within these walls was considered. And five years later, at the dawn of modern times, when Ukraine’s independence was declared after the 1917 revolution, one of the first universities in Podillya was established on the basis of the school in 1918 on behalf of the Ministry of Education of the Young State.→
