It is difficult for a Kiev dweller to appreciate the significance of the Chernihiv monuments. Lviv, and even more so European Catholic architecture is significantly different from Kyiv, so it evokes the feeling of “Wow! ". And Chernihiv churches are very similar to Kyiv ones.
