Impressed! Beautiful castle, interesting exhibition. A path leads to the castle, only on foot, it is impossible to drive. Entrance to the castle itself is paid on site - free of charge. Photos in the castle - for a fee. Without an accompanying person or headphones (for an additional fee) they are not allowed. Shoe covers are given out at the entrance. Being in the mountains, very beautiful views. Around the castle there is a beautiful park with fountains, a mini version of Peterhof. All interiors have been preserved in perfect condition.

Peles Castle is located in a picturesque place among the green Carpathian hills of Romania. The architecture of the castle is quite unusual, I would say even unique, at least I have never seen anything like it before. Therefore, this beautiful place is remembered for a long time. In addition to the interior decoration of the castle, I really liked the park surrounding it with many statues in the antique style. And we were lucky with the weather, so in the bright colors of a sunny day, the castle immersed in greenery turned out to be very picturesque in the photographs, just like from a postcard.

Was kind of on the way. A very beautiful castle both externally and internally. Looks great especially on cloudy days. The surrounding mountains and forests are beautiful.

Romania is very rich in various castles and palaces. Therefore, having been there, it is impossible not to visit at least some of them. The castle, or as it is also called, the Peles Palace is located in a picturesque place on the way between Transylvania and Wallachia near the city of Sinai in the Romanian Carpathians. Let me just say that I highly recommend visiting. And not only look outside, but also go inside. There is a lot to see for true travelers and lovers of castles. Without going into details of the architectural style, about which there is a lot of information, and without copying historical references, I will only say that the castle is considered the first electrified castle in Europe.

Peles Castle is very beautiful and I would recommend it to everyone. The interior decoration of the castle is striking, created, as they would say today, "by green technology" - using only natural materials. I especially remember the railings woven from vines, even upon closer examination, similar to bronze forging, wallpaper made of skillfully crafted leather, which has not lost either color or pattern over the century - all this, as well as much more, flavored with juicy stories of the guide about Carol I who lived here and Ceausescu, forever remained in the memory.
