It was built in 1904-1906 according to the project of architects Františ ek Monč ynski and Tadeusz Stryż eń ski to house the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Is one of the most interesting examples of early modernist architecture. Three-story, brick, with a corner tower with a clock, which is crowned by a pyramid with a globe. The entrance portal from Dluga Street is decorated with allegorical bas-reliefs of Trade and Industry by Konstantin Lyashchka. Above the portal is a sailboat with the emblem of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (1905).→
