A city in the northeast of Spain near the French border, the Spaniards call San Sebastian, and for the Basques, who do not consider themselves Spaniards, this is Donostia. At the turn of the XIX-XX centuries, the city was the summer capital of Spain. The panorama opens from the observation deck at the top of Mount Igeldo. The city is located around the Bay of Biscay, which is shaped like a shell. The beaches of Ondaretta and Concha are separated by a rocky ledge of the Seaside Park (Parque de Miramar), which shows the reddish building of the summer residence of Queen Maria Christina (built in 1889).→
