In addition to the popular and sensational ski slopes, where skiing pleasures, according to the laws of the European genre, are combined with great opportunities for ski bustle or, as the people say, apres-ski, there are places in Zakopane where skiing is only skiing (Exactly with such in some places we had to deal in our native Ukraine when we traveled through the Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, or rather Rozluch and Yaremche).

These are places for beginners who want to take their first steps, or amateurs who want to hone their technique to enter large glades.

Let's start, first of all, with Antulovka. This complex is located 15-20 minutes walk from the train station. Modest, only 2 yokes, it is located a little away from Chalubinskiego street. It usually works from 9.00 until the last client. There is a rental and a couple of instructors. Quite gentle slopes attract not crowded and cheap. 10 lifts - PLN 10.

Opposite, a little further from the station and a little closer to Nosal (turn from the same Chalubinskiego street after refueling) there is another Kozinets slope. The same conditions and equipment as in Antulovka. On the website for both stated the presence of artificial snow. By the way, the slopes of Antulovka and Kozinets look at each other.

The third option, already for more advanced riders, is Antulovka over the ruts. It was not in vain that the track was attributed here, since the complex is located right behind the fence of the railway station. The slope is lit, well maintained and has a good slope. I worked until 19.00 and only the inexplicable lack of a document with me did not allow me to jump to this peak. Cheap ski lifts and equipment, and the ease of implementing the idea of "I'm on 2 hours" put this slope in a very advantageous position.

You can just come to Zakopane and ride right next to your train or bus.

The slope has one yoke and is usually not densely populated.

The fourth option is the Lipka slope. It is also suitable for ski charter starting positions, but is in a very beautiful and peaceful location. Located 15 minutes walk from Krupowka and not far from the center of the post-ski bustle in Zakopane - Independence Square.

I do not know the conditions of skiing, but I am sure that they are 90% similar to the previous options.

On all the slopes mentioned there is a set of basic services: equipment, instructors, lighting and simple cafes.

Fifth, I would single out a more venerable one, among those voiced here by me, but not up to the level of the first quarter - these are Butorov's Top.

It is located at a decent distance from Zakopane if you walk. You can get to it by bus, or walk for about forty minutes along the Gubalovka ridge.

It is controlled by a 2-seat chair lift that takes you uphill and a tow rope at the bottom of the mountain. Rumor has it that on the right side there is another stretch in the middle of the mountain.

Personally, next time I'm going there and going to visit.

Well, everything seems to be. What he knew told. Although if you take the local "language" and bring it to a state of insanity with hot beer, or threats in frank Russian, then it will probably give you a dozen more directions. But I think these are enough.

Happy descent.
