It is located about 30 km from Kota Kinabalu in the village of Karambunai. Therefore, you can already swim in the sea there. Good breakfasts and dinners (the hotel has 5 restaurants of different directions). Clean beach, lots of sun loungers, towels are provided by the pool. A huge area where squirrels, monitor lizards and other lizards live. I didn’t swim in the pool (I prefer the sea), but it is also present.
Among the shortcomings: rather slow internet and a dirty bath (I don’t understand what was wrong with the bathroom, maybe it wasn’t dirt, but features of uneven enamel, but even after the reception assured that the bath would be cleaned, the situation did not improve, as a result I used shower cubicle).
