Rested in August with two families with children. The impression of the hotel is twofold. On the one hand, calm, clean, tidy. polite, helpful staff. The rooms are cleaned regularly, towels are changed every day, bed linen is changed every third day. A fairly spacious extra bed was provided for the child. Breakfasts are monotonous, but hearty in English style. Dinners throughout the stay were very good. Lots of meat, fish, vegetable dishes, salads, cold appetizers. Always good desserts. The hotel is located on the first line, so access to the sea is directly from the basement of the hotel through the recreation area with swimming pools. The water is crystal clear, the seabed is rocky. The coast is made of coral limestone, so you can go to the water only in certain places. However, there were no problems, we regularly swam in the sea with our children. The pool water is sea, but somewhat cooler and slightly chlorinated. For swimming, especially for children, it is quite acceptable. In general, for a normal relaxing holiday all the conditions. Now for the sad. The hotel, though quite tidy, bears signs of old age and a long absence of cosmetic repairs. The furniture in the room has also not been updated for a long time. The air conditioner kept dripping water on the floor. The floors are tile so walking was slippery. The recreation area near the pools is cleaned poorly. Twice I ran into small pieces of glass. The cleaners begin to remove the sunbeds long before closing, which creates inconvenience for vacationers. They opened the exit to the recreation area at half past eight in the morning, when the sun was already warming in full. Only after complaints from vacationers, shortly before our departure, the recreation area with pools began to open an hour earlier. If you want to take sun loungers under umbrellas and near the pool, you need to queue up at least half an hour before opening. Otherwise, you will be content with the worst places. I was surprised by the issuance of a TV remote control at the reception for a cash deposit, as well as the presence of a hair dryer fixed in a drawer, which excluded its removal to the bathroom. Very weak water pressure in the shower. The paid sauna in the hotel is a lopsided wooden booth installed in the gym, which can accommodate up to three people. There is also a shower cabin, the door of which can only be opened by foot. In general, the hotel is clearly not up to four stars. In general, the impression of the rest spent in this hotel is positive.
