August 2013, Villa Radjen, St. Stephen! Well, where to start..... at a loss from the negative reviews about the villa !!!!!!
1) Check-out from the hotel is valid until 10.00, but just a minute, as soon as people check out, 5 minutes of cleaning and check in new arrivals! we waited until 10.00 + 5min (cleaning)!
2) Breakfast! Those who are used to eating croissants for breakfast, drinking expensive coffees, eating lobsters will turn their noses and say that the current breakfasts are disgusting! Again, PRICE, what kind of breakfast do you want for that kind of money!?
3) Service! I think it's so great! Towels changed every day, bed-1 time in 10 days. Room cleaning is every day. The staff is very friendly, helpful! As for the language, they really don't speak Russian very well!

We took a room with a view of the mountains, the view is certainly not very good, but we didn’t need it (there was no time to sit on the balcony), we paid 1100 euros for 11 days (10 nights) for 2 - this is with a flight! And we have no complaints about the villa! if you want chic service and VIP rooms, pay from 3500 euros with breakfast and live in 4*-5* hotels, what's the problem?!
One thing I can say is that you can not take kettles, irons and hair dryers with you. The room has a kettle with cups, air conditioning, TV! when you check in, they themselves offer an iron and a hair dryer!
There are a lot of emotions from the rest, you can write a lot, if you have any questions, please contact me with pleasure, I will answer and tell you, both about the villa and about the rest! ))))
