We stayed at this villa at the end of the season. Mid September. The tour was taken a day before departure for 500 euros for 8 nights. Considering this circumstance (price) - the rest was a success. Villa - a six-storey building without an elevator, of which 5 floors are residential. On the ground floor there is a reception and a restaurant (cafe for guests) with breakfast. Breakfast is modest, but quite sufficient to "recharge" in the morning)). Cozy summer terrace. We had a double room with a sea view. The first room is walk-through with a sofa, two armchairs, a table, a kettle. The second room was the bedroom. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The furniture in the room is in good condition. Linen is clean. Air conditioning available and working. San. the knot is a bit loose. The shower was behind a curtain and water was constantly on the floor. From this, the bottom of the door became limp and it did not close well. But these are trifles.
The sea from the hotel is 5-10 minutes down the stairs. There are a lot of steps, so it will not be very convenient for small children, strollers and the elderly. If you go straight down (5 minutes), then you get to the left side of the beach. It's dirty here, there are nudists. The pebbles are larger and entry into the water is not comfortable. Sun loungers (2 pieces + umbrella) - 10 euros. Therefore, I recommend that at the beginning of the descent down the stairs, turn right at the first turn and go down the street towards the island and go down to the beach there (10 minutes, right side of the beach). Everything is much more interesting here. The pebbles are smaller, the entrance is more convenient, the sea is cleaner, sunbeds are more expensive. But no one will forbid you to sit just on a towel. Of course, there are more people here, because. it is possible to drive a car. Nearby is a car park for 2 euros per hour. But on the other hand, you will relax, admiring the visiting card of Montenegro - the island of St. Stephen.
Not far from the villa (150-200 meters on the road to the right of the exit) there is a grocery store. The prices are adequate. Right next to the crossroads there is a bus stop where you can take a bus to Budva (travel 2 euros, goes to the very center). On the same patch there are 3 restaurants where you can satisfy your hunger deliciously and relatively inexpensively.

Summing up, I will say: I recommend the villa as a budget option. If a ticket for a week cost 1000 euros for two, then I would be looking for something in the center of Budva. And so everything suited us. There were no seals on the beach. Every day we tried to go out (leave) somewhere and see something new. We rented a car for 2 days. We visited the monastery, and the canyon, and Kator. You can see more about the trip in the video, which will be added soon. In the meantime, I'm adding a video review of the villa and the beach itself.
