The hotel is located in one of the best places on the coast (for 7 days out of 10 I traveled all over Montenegro by car), unlike the noisy and dirty Budva - quiet, comfortable, clean. However, the hotel, due to the constant 100% load, is in a state that is bewildering. In our room instead of the promised bed
single were separate, attached to each other. At the same time, it was impossible to make sure that there was no 20 cm gap between the beds, and they flatly refused to change anything. Secondly, in the bathroom on the ceiling under the drain of the upper room there was a 50cm diameter stain that was frozen and completely black from the fungus!! ! while in the bathroom itself there was an unbearable "aroma" of mold. And this despite the fact that we just moved into the room! There was no soap, I had to buy (I could not even imagine that I had to carry it with me), a cup for brushes as well. The curtain in the bathroom on the bottom was all the same in the fungus. When I was indignant about the fungus, they told me that they knew, but they could not do anything. and only after the threat will he turn to the regulator of the tourism business in Montenegro - they cleaned it from the ceiling (enough for 3 days, but the stench did not go away). The neighbors had other problems: broken beds, the smell of sewage in the bathroom, non-working air conditioners, etc.
As for breakfasts, after a couple I got heartburn and I preferred to eat elsewhere (Kenter's Surname is the most acceptable of democratic restaurants, Three Olives is the best, but more expensive).

By the way, for restaurants, I can recommend konoba catovic mlini - definitely the best restaurant in Montenegro.
Another recommendation - when refueling (especially in Budva) ALWAYS look at how much you filled the tank at the dispenser and only then go to pay. They tried to scam me two times out of three for 11 and 10.7 euros, respectively. They immediately punched the amount more when I asked for a check, they gave a fake one (with a different refueling time, but a suitable amount), then I indicated that there were other data on the column and began to pretend that they were mistaken. The second time is even more fun - they dropped the column indicators, and returned the money only after they took out the phone and said that I would call the police - let them figure out why the check was fake and where the indicators from the column had gone.
