The villa is new, but the ceiling in the shower is already covered with mold. If the view is not on the sea - then on the bushes, which (we lived on the 4th floor) are at arm's length. From the street into the room it stinks of a toilet, because outside is a pretty secluded place for this business. There is construction going on right next to the house. There is no kitchen, there are glasses from the dishes, but the refrigerator partly saves the situation.
There is no receptionist. There is a portable bulletin board on the ground floor. There are no benches at the entrance. There is nowhere to smoke in the yard and nowhere to throw away your cigarette butts. On the 4th floor I counted 74 steps, from the sea to the villa - 210 steps.
