The villa is new, but the ceiling in the shower is already covered with mold. If the view is not on the sea - then on the bushes, which (we lived on the 4th floor) are at arm's length. From the street into the room it stinks of a toilet, because outside is a pretty secluded place for this business. There is construction going on right next to the house. Balcony railings made of bricks, not the ones on the advertisement.
There is no kitchen, there are glasses from the dishes, but the refrigerator partly saves the situation.
There is no receptionist. There is a portable bulletin board on the ground floor. There are no benches at the entrance. There is nowhere to smoke in the yard and nowhere to throw away your cigarette butts. On the 4th floor I counted 74 steps, from the sea to the villa - 210 steps.
The failure of the air conditioner is a normal practice.

If the sea view - then all other shortcomings lose their weight. The view is just fabulous. The sun comes out from behind the mountains and gradually floods the sea, the island with light and comes to the balcony. There is no toilet smell. There was no mold in the toilet either. The sea is clean, as everywhere in St. Stephen.
Saw two owners, possibly father and son. The "father" is a sincerely hospitable grandfather of 60-70 years old, and the "son" seemed unpleasant, maybe he has not yet learned to "work" with tourists. On all issues "on errands" a boy who tries his best to please everyone - both tourists and owners. Surprisingly - the room on the back side (without a sea view) was cleaned better than the one with a sea view. The maids smile sweetly.
