The weather was cloudless 35 degrees and the sea was calm. The hostess was seen briefly a couple of times. Internet is not bad from the neighboring hotel LA MER. We had breakfast and dinner on the balcony. Bought on the waterfront there is a good supermarket. We dined at the KOD SAiCICA cafe where there are good complexes for 6 euros. It will go down one block down and to the right to the end of a hundred meters. We went on two excursions to Boka Kotor Bay and canyons from ANCOR, we liked it. In the travel agency at the hotel we bought a walk for 5 euros by sea to St. Stefan and St. Nicholas Island to Hawaii Beach.

We rested in Montenegro at the end of June. I'll start with the positive. The sea was amazing. Initially, we were tuned to cold water, but the water temperature throughout the rest was somewhere around 25-27 degrees, which could not but please us and is crystal clear. Villa "Snezhana" is located very well, the nearest beach is about 2-3 minutes walk.

Initially, we were tuned to cold water, but the water temperature throughout the rest was somewhere around 25-27 degrees, which could not but please us and is crystal clear. Villa "Snezhana" is located very well, the nearest beach is about 2-3 minutes walk. We mostly went to Kamenevo beach, going down to the sea and turning to the right, and then through the tunnel you get into a beautiful bay. The cost of two sun loungers and an umbrella on the first lines from the sea cost 12 euros. But there are a lot of places near the sea on their bedding. Here you can also drink coffee in a cafe for 1.5 euros, beer from 2, and of course a bite to eat. Here in the tunnel there are two trays with fruits and vegetables. But for the price there are trays with lower prices. This is if you go down from the villa to the beach and turn right and there are stalls within a five-minute walk. Yes, and sunbeds on this side are cheaper, it was from 5 euros.
For nutrition. We ate at an honest family restaurant. We go down from the villa and the first turn to the right and somewhere around 30-50 meters on the turn on the right there will be a restaurant. Breakfast there 5 euro buffet. Very tasty eggs, bacon, cheeses, sausages, all sorts of buns with sausage, cheese and, of course, homemade sweet buns. I really liked the cheese balls with sesame seeds. Lunch and dinner complex 6 euros. Portions are big enough. Breakfast was enough for us until dinner. The owner Slavia is very positive and understands Russian very well. Her husband makes his own wine (10 euros per liter) and various brandy. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes along the beach. There are also complex lunches and dinners, and breakfasts are also a buffet. There is also a supermarket right on the beach. Beer from 0.55 euros, sausages and various smoked meats from 5, cola 1.5. There is a large supermarket in Becici, where we took steaks and sausages from 5 euros and grilled them right there on the street for free. For 1 kg there were 6 fairly large steaks.
Well, now about the cons of the villa. The rooms have standard and pitches. The rooms are very small, and I called the resin rooms a large locker, there is no place to eat in the room. We had a standard room, the room had a bed, a small wardrobe, a chair, a small refrigerator, a kettle, two glasses and cups, a coffee table. Only two chairs fit on the balcony, sitting knee to knee. In the evening there is nowhere to sit at the villa (except your room). There is only one table with chairs in the yard, but only the hosts can sit there. After my question is it possible to sit there, the owners replied that this is a private place. The owners don't care about you. The main thing is that no one touches them and does not distract them from a quiet pastime. Lack of kindness. But come on, we rarely crossed paths with them.
Room was cleaned every day, towels changed once. The bathroom has toilet paper and a small piece of soap, which for some reason did not wash at all. In addition to a good location in relation to the sea, the villa has no pluses. Yes, and more. If someone is going to go together, but you need two different beds, then you are not here. There are no double rooms with separate beds in this villa. If upon arrival you do not like the room and want to change it to a better one, you will have to pay ten euros per night. Well, something like this.
The nature is magnificent, the sea is super, the people are friendly (with rare exceptions). The village of Rafailovichi is very conveniently located. You will go to the right in 1-1.5 hours you will reach Budva, to the left you will go to the island of Sveti Stefan (I recommend). On the way to the island, you will see the incredible beauty of the bay, an unreal park with unreal smells (probably it was once someone's residence). As a result: the rest was a success, but I want to return in September, the sun will not be so active.

We liked everything, a good owner, we ate in 2 restaurants, everything is of high quality, tasty, there was no food hype. The location of the hotel is very good, we were in Rafailovici. This villa is literally 2 minutes from the beach, near the promenade, a supermarket across the road. I also want to add about the room, it is a bit small, but it was enough for us, the furniture is antique, the plumbing is good.

The territory of the hotel is green, the view is like a country house, antique, reminiscent of Lviv.

Vacationing with my wife. We were looking for a villa away from roads and civilization, although this is hardly possible. We got acquainted with the reviews in advance, the location and our hopes were justified. Vacationing with my wife. We were looking for a villa away from roads and civilization, although this is hardly possible. We got acquainted with the reviews in advance, the location and our hopes were justified. Room number 5 on the second floor for two is quite normal. size (approx. 3.5x3.5m) + separate shower and toilet. Bed, built-in wardrobe, bedside table + another bigger one, refrigerator, TV (not included even once). And most importantly, a huge balcony with a table and chairs. The villa stands out among the nearby high-rise hotels precisely because it is a villa with a small garden. Owner Snezhana and her mother Olga are wonderful people. Everything is clean and comfortable. Meals were breakfast and dinner. Dinner is better not to take, because a little more expensive you can have dinner every day in different places on the waterfront. There are markets. Prices are 1.5-2 times higher than in Kiev. To the sea and the beach 100m, but it is better to swim on Kamenevo beach. You need to walk 500-700 meters. There are paid sunbeds and umbrellas, and aside or wherever you want, you can lie on your towels. The water is very clean. Do not take a mask, because there is nothing special to watch. There are a lot of excursions. We went once - Maxi Montenegro. Very interesting. A lot of Russians in the worst performance. There was no such thing as portraits of the tsar and ribbons. The tour was bought through the tour. Orbiti operator. And now the most interesting. Meeting in Montenegro tour. Pilon operator. At the meeting, the girl announced to us that there was a surprise for us. It consisted in the fact that we are going to another villa Djorzovic, which is even better. It was necessary to immediately be indignant more specifically, which we did not do due to lack of experience (which cannot be done). We decided to take a look. It turned out to be a villa in Budva, about a kilometer to the beach. The room has soviet furniture, there is a gas stove on which they cooked all summer long. The room is equipped with a kitchen. In short, a nightmare. Good was Wi Fi , contacted rep. Pilon and our Kiev operator. They were already indignant, and an hour later they took us to Snezhan's villa. Most likely, the girls from Pillon decided, through an acquaintance with the owner of the villa, Djordjevic, to throw clients, who at that time were not so many. By the way, when we arrived at Snezhana's villa, it turned out that more than half of the rooms were empty. So if this happens, immediately at the airport demand that you be taken to the place on the tour, and then look. There was no telephone connection, because Kyivstar only after a week of stay sent an SMS with congratulations that we are in Montenegro and they want to provide us with roaming. (later I will write them a special thank you at the central office). And get ready - SMOKING is the national sport. Smoke everywhere and almost everyone.

Rested together, the first trip to Montenegro. They chose the villa because they liked the facade and the presence of a balcony - and they did not lose.
The check-in went perfectly, the hostess - a very nice lady - quickly told us everything and immediately checked that everything was working, no one had any complaints.
The villa is located almost by the sea - a hundred meters down the street - and not far from the tourist center / bus stop to Petrovac, which is also very convenient.
The room is not huge, but quite spacious, clean and very bright. Latticed wooden shutters on the doors to the balcony add a special charm - a perfect combination of beauty and functionality. From the side where our room was located, there was a beautiful view of the neighboring houses and mountains. And at night you could admire the shooting stars.
Also at the villa there is a very cozy green courtyard where kiwis grow.
Very calm atmosphere. Madly liked both the villa itself and Rafailovici in general - a great option for relaxation. What was immediately noticed was the clean air and the fact that the seafood is simply amazing. Also, amazingly quiet nights. Nothing rattles, no one screams, the music does not yell. The main noise remains on the embankment, so nothing will interfere with a good night's sleep.
Impressions were extremely positive.

the hotel was chosen based on its proximity to the sea, and this factor did not disappoint me, a few minutes walk to the beach, there are many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores around... Check-in was quick, the hosts were friendly, in general, the stay at the villa was comfortable. Of course, I would like a little more units of dishes in the room and eating at the table in the room was only possible while sitting on the bed near the coffee table, which was not very convenient, but at the same time, a comfortable table with chairs was on the balcony, Wi-Fi pulled, albeit with intermittently, overall I recommend this villa!.

. . . although when buying a tour we were told if you want a "standard" room - pay extra, which we did, and settled in "ECONOMY". The host, on our request to move to a "standard" room, was told that there were no available rooms, then that you need to pay extra (how much you can pay extra) and we will select another hotel - in the end we stayed in this room: to sleep, take a shower and We had enough to change.

They don’t cook food at the villa, we went to eat on the embankment at the PLAZA restaurant (they have an agreement), the food is varied, there is a choice (when we went on an excursion, we took lunch in the evening). It’s about an hour’s walk to Budva along the embankment, there is a beautiful old town, there are markets for shopping lovers. In general, I liked everything, if you do not pay attention to the little things.

When you check into a hotel, I immediately strongly recommend that you stay ONLY in 3 or more local rooms. Rooms 2hmetsnye it's just awful. Close unrealistic. As soon as my wife and I entered, we did not understand at all how two people could live there. The owners of the troch are frostbitten, but in principle nothing.

A very good hotel. Quiet, calm. The room may seem cramped, but that's okay. The sea is close.

the first impression was terrible, the host seemed unfriendly, the room was cramped, the decor was shabby, but later the impressions of this magnificent resort, the cleanest sea, delicious food, fresh mountain air, nice people and the mild sun killed all the negativity. The host turned out to be quite a pleasant woman in the hotel as it turned out free WI-FI, in general, the rest was a success for all 100 !! )).
