We went to Montenegro for the first time. At first, we chose a hotel on the third lane from the sea, with a newer renovation, but the tour was not confirmed. And they stopped at Villa Niko. Not a bit sorry!! ! The view from the balcony was really gorgeous (we have the third floor). The owner is a very nice man.

We were met at the bus stop (there is no direct access to the villa), he helped with things and immediately settled us. The room was very small for two, but with all the necessary things (double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, two bedside tables, TV, chair, towels, kettle, cups and a small refrigerator). The bed is in front of the balcony, so you can enjoy the view lying down. Noise from the street didn't bother us as the balcony door was soundproofed. The bathroom is very small, the downside was that there was no shower stall as such. There is a hose for the shower and a hole in the floor for draining water and all this is right next to the toilet. But this did not bother us, since the water dried up quickly and there was never a smell of dampness (+ a small window in the toilet). The change of the garbage bag and toilet paper was carried out daily, but the cleaning and change of bed linen did not wait for 10 days. Despite the fact that there is Wi-Fi, it does not reach the third floor, and in itself it was weak (life hack: there is a pizzeria nearby, find out their wifi password, it catches perfectly from our balcony). In general, they were satisfied with the rest. Much compensated for the first strip to the sea and a beautiful view from the balcony.
Of the minuses:
- not enough space for two (not a significant minus)
- did not wait for the change of bed and cleaning
-bad wifi

Looking at the photos of the villa did not want to go, I was afraid that the first line will be noisy, but I had to make a quick decision, time pressed and still clicked it. And I did not regret it! lived in a cozy №3 overlooking the sea. The room is small but very cozy, the door is transparent to the floor overlooking the sea.

And I did not regret it! lived in a cozy №3 overlooking the sea. The room is small but very cozy, the door is transparent to the floor overlooking the sea. You wake up and see the sea. Soundproofing is super. You close the door and you can't even hear the waves. The air conditioner works well. At 11 o'clock in the evening there are no people under the windows, no one is sitting in the cafe, all the parties are mostly in the neighboring Bechichi. The beach is sandy in front of the windows, good with small children. The owner of the villa is a wonderful artist Nico. I highly advise everyone !!! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

The room barely accommodates the bed, which rests on one side of the door, and on the other - the kitchen table. There are practically no passages between them. There is no lighting at all in the toilet and shower room (you can’t call it in any other way): one light bulb in the wall cabinet allows you to distinguish something.

The second bulb is missing, but the owner says that there is light. There is Internet in the room, but on the street there is, but only at a certain point. The description of the villa says that the rooms have TVs, but there is not even wiring. There is a kettle, but no outlet to turn it on. In general, if this is three stars, then the villas Strugar and Three Palms are nearby - 5+? !
