I want to tell you about how we are 6 people from Belarus, we arrived at this hotel on the same day and all 6 had a reservation for rooms with a sea view. Personally, I booked a room in January, and 4 people in April. When we arrived at the hotel and showed vouchers with a view of the sea, the hotel administrators pretended that we were not people here, they said that we did not have a reservation at their hotel, there was no Russian-speaking administrator at the hotel, although the websites say otherwise. As a result of an hour of proceedings, we were settled in a hotel across the road, without a sea view. And the whole holiday from 01.09 to 10.09 2018 we lived in this hotel. Why such a terrible attitude and discrimination towards those who speak Russian??? ? The hotel blames the tour operator, and the tour operator blames the hotel. Vacation was ruined! Never again at the Palace! And there were no such problems with foreign guests Italians, Germans, Montenegrins and French!! !
