We agreed, and what was our surprise that they settled us in room number 8 with a window that overlooks the stairs that everyone walks on. And the room itself is like a little closet, the bed creaks terribly, there is no sun. Everything is disgusting. They tried to change the number, but the agent blamed the tour operator (R-tour), and the agent's operator (Infitini travel, Minsk). In general, we were dissatisfied. Towels are changed and cleaned every day. We are dissatisfied with the attitude.
